Project Brahma is a collaborative project. There are several hundred thousand pages to be created. Since all of us here are volunteers, it is difficult for a small number of people to sit and make most of the entries. Thus, your participation in CREATING species-pages is highly encouraged. Not only will it ease the load of the dedicated volunteers on our side, but also give you a tremendous fulfillment of authorship in this big project (trust us on that!).
That being said, it is also equally true that creating species-pages is not an easy task. There is a small learning curve. But we guarantee you that if you spend one afternoon on it, you'll be making these entries just as easily as you make documents in MS-Word. To help you accelerate the process, we have created a small tutorial right ahead. Take your time, test out the examples in the newusersandbox and get ready to document India's biodiversity!
